OK then i dont like that rule because pms should be asking private things unless they ask to be a admin or mod then report them

Well, there was a user named Fireicedude, all he did was send users PM's asking for them to join his forum. Now, i've made this rule because of him.

No, they will be reported here and will have a Rule Violator rank. The next time they do it they will get banned.
