May I suggest that next time round when chosing trainee mods that the Moderators can have some form of say in it? And also perhaps slow things down a little, as you chose a trainee mod and 2 days later they've already been promoted, which in my opinion is not long enough to see how they mod and how well they do to see if they are fitted for the job, that's what a trainne mod is.

Yes, we really need to slow things down a little bit. That staff has changed like every day. Let's try not to get new staff for a while.
