if it were plain i would rate it 3/10. Since it has a range of colors i give it 7/10. even though it looks kinda dumb in a way but i think it's nevertheless a good idea. cuz i can't imagine a penguin holding an umbrella and there are already raincoats and ponchos, so CP had to come up with a different idea - the umbrella hat.
