Penguin of the Week: Penguin of the Week is a game where both admins, Goobenheimer and I, choose a user on this forum to be the penguin of the week.

How to Win Penguin of the Week: To win, you must follow the rules, help users out, be nice, and advertise.

What you Win: You win an avvie, a sig, the rank Penguin of the Week, and any color you want your username to be.

Something that I wanted to say is that the user can't pick a username color that is Orange, Red, Green, or Blue because that is the moderator/admin/rule violator ranks.
